Myofascial Cupping

Pregnancy Massage

Natural Lift Facial Massage/Facial Rejuvenation

What is Natural Face Lift Massage?

The natural face lift massage uses slide and lift movements these lift and tone the muscles, while pinching, sweeping and smoothing techniques iron out wrinkles. These techniques loosen clamped muscles giving a softer appearance and, in just a few sessions, help achieve more defined cheekbones and jawline.

A 6 initial treatments, to be taken weekly or fortnightly is recommended for optimum results, followed by monthly maintenance treatments.

Post-op Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Post op lymphatic drainage after surgery will help to reduce inflammation & swelling and speeds up the healing & recovery process quicker. For best results it is advised to book 3 session per week for 2 weeks after the procedure, with your first session 24hrs after any surgery, followed by maintenance; one per month for the next 5 months for the best result.

Uses trigger point, connective tissue, soft tissue release, and muscle energy techniques. Also carries out a range of movements test and special tests to identify any injury.

Swedish Massage

The goal of Swedish massage is to improve your circulation and promote relaxation through soothing your muscles. It’s therefore quite different from deep tissue massage or sports massage. The techniques involve soft strokes over areas which are more prone to pain, or without much muscle coverage. Where the muscles are thicker, the pressure is changed and the massage is deeper. Tapotement is a specific technique used in Swedish massage. It is a rhythmic percussion, most frequently administered with the edge of the hand, a cupped hand or the tips of the fingers.

Relax & De-Stress Massage

A Relax & De-stress massage is a gentle and soothing massage that is designed to help you unwind and de-stress. It involves slow and rhythmic strokes, gentle kneading, and light pressure on the muscles.

Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage

The Brazilian method blends traditional lymphatic drainage massage techniques with contouring and myofascial release to instantly target bloating, puffiness, and water retention, help reduce the appearance of cellulite and deliver a boost of energy to both the body and mind.

This technique is working on the superficial layer of the skin as lymph nodes are just below the skin. Please be aware that Manual Lymphatic Drainage is very different compare to other massages, this technique is not targeting the muscles. (Contouring techniques and myofascial techniques could be a little uncomfortable if you targeting cellulite.)

The treatment can help to reduce water retention, swelling and inflammation while promoting healing, detoxifying the body and boosting the immune system.
